1.
O for a thousand tongues to sing my great Redeemer’s praise! The glories of my God and King, the triumphs of His grace. My gracious Master and my God, assist me to proclaim, To spread through all the earth abroad the honors of Thy name. Jesus! The name that charms our fears, that bids our sorrows cease; ‘tis music in the sinner’s ears, ‘tis life, and health, and peace! He breaks the power of cancelled sin, he sets the prisoner free; his blood can make the foulest clean; his blood availed for me. He speaks, and listening to his voice new life the dead receive; the mournful, broken hearts rejoice, the humble poor believe. Hear him, ye deaf, his praise, ye dumb, your loosened tongues employ; ye blind, behold your Savior come, and leap, ye lame, for joy. Look unto him, ye nations, own your God, ye fallen race! Look, and be saved through faith alone, be justified by grace! See all your sins on Jesus laid; the Lamb of God was slain, his soul was once an offering made for every soul of man. With me, your chief, you then shall know, shall feel your sins forgiven; anticipate your heaven below and own that love is heaven.
2.
This is my Father’s world, and to my listening ears all nature sings, and round me rings the music of the spheres. This is my Father’s world: I rest me in the thought of rocks and trees, of skies and seas; His hand the wonders wrought. This is my Father’s world, the birds their carols raise, the morning light, the lily white, declare their Maker’s praise. This is my Father’s world: He shines in all that’s fair; in the rustling grass I hear Him pass; He speaks to me everywhere. This is my Father’s world. O let me ne’er forget that though the wrong seems oft so strong, He is the ruler yet. This is my Father’s world: the battle is not done: Jesus Who died shall be satisfied, and earth and Heav’n be one. This is my Father’s world, dreaming, I see His face. I ope’ my eyes, and in glad surprise cry, “The Lord is in this place.” This is my Father’s world, from the shining courts above, the Beloved One, His Only Son, came—a pledge of deathless love. This is my Father's world, a wanderer I may roam, whate'er my lot, it matters not, my heart is still at home. This is my Father's world, should my heart be ever sad? The Lord is King---let the Heavens ring He reigns---let earth be glad.

I hear the Savior say, “Thy strength indeed is small; Child of weakness, watch and pray, Find in Me thine all in all.” Jesus paid it all, All to Him I owe; Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow. Lord, now indeed I find Thy power and Thine alone, can change the leper’s spots and melt the heart of stone. (Refrain) For nothing good have I where-by Thy grace to claim; I’ll wash my garments white in the blood of Calv’ry’s Lamb. (Refrain) And when before the throne I stand in Him complete, "Jesus died my soul to save" my lips shall still repeat. (Refrain)
4.
Crown him with many crowns, the Lamb upon his throne; hark! how the heav’nly anthem drowns all music but its own; awake, my soul and sing of him who died for thee, and hail him as thy matchless King through all eternity. Crown him the Lord of love; behold his hands and side, rich wounds, yet visible above, in beauty glorified; no angel in the sky can fully bear that sight, but downward bends his burning eye at mysteries so bright. Crown him the Lord of peace; whose pow’r a scepter sways from pole to pole, that wars may cease, absorbed in prayer and praise; his reign shall know no end; and round his pierced feed fair flow’rs of paradise extend their fragrance ever sweet. Crown him the Lord of years, the Potentate of time; Creator of the rolling spheres, ineffably sublime; all hail, Redeemer, hail! for thou hast died for me; thy praise shall never, never fail throughout eternity.
5.
I need thee every hour, most gracious Lord; no tender voice like thine can peace afford. I need thee, O I need thee; every hour I need thee; O bless me now, my Savior, I come to thee. I need thee every hour; stay thou nearby; temptations lose their power when thou art nigh. (Refrain) I need thee every hour, in joy or pain; come quickly and abide, or life is vain. (Refrain) I need thee every hour; teach me thy will; and thy rich promises in me fulfill. (Refrain) I need thee every hour, most Holy One; O make me thine indeed, thou blessed Son. (Refrain)
6.
Take my life and let it be consecrated, Lord, to Thee; Take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise, let them flow in ceaseless praise. Take my hands and let them move at the impulse of Thy love; take my feet and let them be swift and beautiful for Thee, swift and beautiful for Thee. Take my voice and let me sing always, only for my King; take my lips and let them be filled with messages from Thee, filled with messages from Thee. Take my silver and my gold; not a mite would I withhold; take my intellect and use every power as Thou shalt choose, every power as Thou shalt choose. Take my will and make it Thine, it shall be no longer mine. Take my heart, it is Thine own it shall be Thy royal throne, it shall be Thy royal throne. Take my love, my Lord, I pour at Thy feet its treasure-store. Take myself and I will be ever, only, all for Thee, ever, only, all for Thee.
7.
Jesus, keep me near the cross; there a precious fountain, free to all a healing stream, flows from Calvary’s mountain. In the cross, in the cross, be my glory ever, till my raptured soul shall find rest beyond the river. Near the cross, a trembling soul, love and mercy found me; there the bright and morning star sheds its beams around me. (Refrain) Near the cross! O Lamb of God, bring its scenes before me; help me walk from day to day with its shadow o’er me. (Refrain) Near the cross I’ll watch and wait, hoping, trusting ever, till I reach the golden strand just beyond the river. (Refrain)
8.
"Man of Sorrows," what a name, for the Son of God, who came. Ruined sinners to reclaim! Hallelujah! What a Savior! Bearing shame and scoffing rude, in my place condemned He stood; sealed my pardon with His Blood. Hallelujah! What a Savior! Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah! Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah! Guilty, vile, and helpless me, Spotless Lamb of God was He. Full atonement! Can it be? Hallelujah! What a Savior! Lifted up was He to die; "It is finished," was His cry; Now in Heaven exalted high! Hallelujah! What a Savior! (Refrain) When He comes, our glorious King, all His ransomed home to bring Then anew this song we'll sing: Hallelujah! What a Savior! (Refrain)
9.
When peace, like a river, attendeth my way, when sorrows like sea billows roll; whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say, "It is well, it is well with my soul." It is well (it is well) with my soul (with my soul). It is well, it is well, with my soul! Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come, let this blest assurance control, that Christ has regarded my helpless estate, and hath shed his own blood for my soul. (Refrain) My sin, o, the joy of this glorious thought! My sin, not in part but the whole Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul! (Refrain) And, Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight, the clouds be rolled back as a scroll; the trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend, even so, it is well with my soul. (Refrain)
